The Great UP Run 2025

About This Race

Stemming from the unprecedented success of the 2024 edition of this iconic race, the Great UP Run is back bigger than ever, at UP Diliman on August 24, 2025. The Great UP Run 2025, in partnership with UP Office for Athletics and Sports Development, is part of RUNRIO’s movement to support the Varsity Teams of the University of the Philippines. Expected to take part are UP Varsity athletes, students and faculty from all campuses, UP Alumni, and family, friends and supporters of the UP Community. Participants for the Great UP Run will engage in a 5K , 10K and 16K. This will give beginner runners an avenue to try out the easier distance and progress into a longer categories.
